About this title.

'Phonic Pictures' is a blackline master containing full-page scenes of initial sounds, blends and digraphs.

Features:
*students are required to view the scene and identify pictures of objects or actions beginning with the phonic sound featured
*a list of possible answers is also included, though students may interpret other suggestions

The blackline masters are best used as a whole-class or small-group activity and enlarged to A3. However, each can be used as a one-on-one confidence-building experience for the less able or more immature early reader.

Suitable for Ages 5-7.
