Norm became the youngest leader of the Labour Party and he led them to victory in 1972 but died in 1974, after only 18 months in office.

The stories of 30 of New Zealand's most famous people including their childhood and education, the paths that led to the achievements for which they became well known and their influence upon New Zealand's history and culture.
