How do I pay for orders online?
If your order is a personal order you pay by credit card, unless prior arrangements have been made with our administration. 

Can I use Internet banking?
Yes you can.  Tick the Invoice option and please put in the Comments box that you've paid by Internet banking. Our account number is: 020602 0002433 00. Please be sure to put your name as the reference on the bank statement.

When can I use the Invoice option?
School orders can use the Invoice option in the shopping cart. If your school requires that you use a school purchase number please put this in the comments box in the shopping cart.

Can I use my Easi-pay (buy now, pay later scheme) to make an online order?
Yes you can! Choose the Invoice option and in the comments box of the shopping cart please write Easi-pay Customer.

Returns
What do I do if I find the purchases I have made doesn't quite fit my students' needs?
To help you have confidence in shopping online most of our resources have previews. However we do have a 10-day right of return, and you can return items to us at your own cost. Please return any items in the wrapping provided. You'll understand that if we don't receive the items in excellent condition we're unable to accept the returns and you will be charged the full price.

Passwords, Log-ins and Accounts
When do I need a password or account log-in on the CC website?
Your own account details, which include a password, are needed when you are buying items online. This means each time you buy on line on our site you don't have to enter your name, and address details all over again. If you have to abandon your cart before completing an order, next time you come back to our website your cart will still be there when you log in.

I have forgotten my account password, and emailed for a new one, but I haven't received one.
This may be because you signed up with your email address for our weekly e-news about our specials and recommended titles. This didn't require a log-in with password. This is not to be confused with creating a log-in, which does require a password when you have items in the shopping cart and are proceeding to the checkout.

Can I update my own account details?
Yes, you can update these details when you log in. If you move house or school or change your email address  please remember to log in and update these details, or your order may go to your old address.

Can I have my order sent to a different address to that which is in my account details?
When you are proceeding through the shopping cart a prompt will ask you if you wish to have your order sent to a shipping address different to the one in your online account details. Changing this will be for that single order only. It does not change the address that you have given in your account details. (If you move house or school or change your email address please remember to log in and update these details, or your next order may go to your old address.)  

What is Ziptales?
Ziptales is an online and interactive literacy reading scheme and we offer a 30-day FREE trial.

What age group is it for?
Ages 6 -12

How can I use it?
With the one user name and password a subscription allows your students and teachers to acess the website and what's more your stdeunts can do their online reading at home as well. Teachers can also acess it at home to do their planning.

What are its main components?
Ziptales has a core library of 155 graded stories in 12 different genre. These have optional voiceover and interactive cloze and multiple choice exercises at the end of each story. Flesch, and Lexile measures are given, word counts, summary stories, and supporting teacher information and activity sheets are all included.
