What are our e-books?
Our e-books are in PDF format, able to be read on any computer. They are A4 page size.

How do I buy an e-book on the CC website?
Select the book you want, put 1 in the quantity box, go BUY NOW and pay by credit card online in the shopping cart.

How do I get the e-book?
As soon as your credit card is acccepted, your account details in the CC online shop will show the title to the e-book and the link to download it.

What if I am not sure my order has gone through?
You can check your account in the CC shop, where there will be a link to dowload the ebook if you order has gone through. As well as this with any order from our shop you will also receive an automatic email confirming your order. This email will also contain a link to log in and download ebook purchases. If you are still not sure please ring us on 0800 293 648.

What if my credit card isn't accepted?
Please check all your details are correct, i.e. the numbers, the expiry date and the CVC number. Any of these wrong and it will throw you back to Step 2 of the shopping cart.

What can I do with the PDF file once I have downloaded it?
You will have saved it to your computer hard drive or a flash drive/USB/memory stick. You can then transfer the file to another storage place if you wish and then use it on computer and/or whiteboard. Print it out and use it as per the copyright licence on the title or imprint page.

What if my computer won't open or read the PDF file?
Possibly Adobe Reader isn't installed on your computer. Go to www.adobe.com and download the latest version of Adobe Reader from there to install on your computer. PDF files should then be able to be opened and used.
