Through an integrated theme involving areas such as music, language, social studies, research and the visual arts explore and help to develop students' understanding and knowledge of meeting places such as the marae. Use this resource to help gain an understanding of the importance, both spiritual and physical to the people of these places and of some of the protocol and terms/language special to these places.
