About this title.

Lifestyles choices posters is a series of six posters dealing with major aspects of lifestyle choices. They stimulate discussion about and an investigation into areas such as a healthy lifestyle, a healthy diet, exercise, relaxation, sleep and self-management. The posters’ ultimate aim is to promote a positive approach to choice empowering students to make informed decisions about their lifestyle.
Features: components of each aspect of lifestyle choice are given,
presents the advantages of adopting each healthy lifestyle aspect,
incorporates suggested means of achieving each aspect,
stimulus questions to direct student thought and discussion about their own lifestyles are provided,
relevant background information is given as necessary,
