You can use the music in these ways: each track is ideal for music and movement sessions; a balanced variety of guided exercises to the music will encourage children to get fit at the same time as having fun; and last but not least, children can learn a new language. They can start off in their own language and then dance along to the new language and this way they pick up the key words quickly.
